Tayla is a registered dietitian and founder of Tayla-Made Nutrition. She graduated from the University of Pretoria and went on to complete her Community Service at Sizwe Tropical Disease Hospital, a specialized drug-resistant TB hospital in Johannesburg.
Tayla is registered with the HPCSA and ADSA, and is also a DNAlysis accredited practitioner.
Having experience with all age groups and various health concerns, Tayla is dedicated to helping her patients understand their condition, and she aims to empower them to take control of their own health. She believes that good nutrition is a powerful tool, and her mission is to make nutrition understandable and enjoyable, so that individuals can achieve their health goals and enjoy the process.
Apart from being a dynamic dietitian, she also loves spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors and active.
